Billing questions
- Who pays for Pro?
- The workspace owner. Plans belong to people, not workspaces: one Pro subscription lifts the limits on every workspace you own. Members and guests never pay.
- I'm a member of someone else's Pro workspace. Am I on Pro?
- That workspace is, because its owner is. Workspaces you create yourself follow your own plan.
- What counts towards the member limit?
- Everyone in the workspace plus pending invitations. Only owners and admins can invite people.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspaces move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Either. Switch any time from Billing in your workspace; yearly works out cheaper.
