In short: we collect what we need to run Kanbocard, we don't sell it, and the content you put in a workspace belongs to you and your team.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
- Your content: workspaces, boards, columns, cards, comments, and the files you upload.
- Activity records: who changed what and when, including the IP address and browser of actions recorded in a workspace's audit log.
- Billing details: if you upgrade, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card. We only store your plan, subscription status and a customer reference, never your card number.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: show your boards, sync changes live, send invitations and notifications.
- To keep it secure: authenticate you, enforce workspace roles, and keep audit records for workspace admins.
- To bill Pro subscriptions and apply plan limits.
- To answer you when you contact us.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your content for as long as your account and workspaces exist. When a workspace or file is deleted it is removed from the service; backups roll off on their normal schedule. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
5. Your choices and rights
You can edit your content at any time and delete workspaces you own. You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete your account by writing to [email protected].
